By creating an account you agree to use YouthShield only for lawful purposes and only on behalf of children for whom you have parental or guardian authority.

Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately so we can secure it.

YouthShield is a parental controls and digital wellbeing platform. It is a tool to support good parenting — it does not replace it, and no software can guarantee a child's safety online.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Charges already taken aren't refundable unless required by law.

Don't use YouthShield to monitor anyone you don't have legal authority to monitor (adults, employees, partners). Don't try to attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

You own the data you put into YouthShield. You give us a limited licence to process it so we can run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

YouthShield is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll email you and update the "last updated" date above.
